Rent a grow/garden allows patients and recreational consumers to lease space to store their own personal live flowering cannabis plants. The individual storage units are made-up of light proof sheds and grow tents of various sizes, each with its own secure locking mechanism as well as Internet accessible surveillance camera, LED grow light, pots, soil with full climate control.
Effectively creating an individual's very own private live real virtual cannabis garden which they can access via the Internet. The only cost to the consumer is rent on the individual storage space where their very own cannabis plants are housed, within their own leased property/storage space.
Everything else is free. No cost for the following services: full cultivation service for those with no green thumbs, (not limited to organic soil, 10 gal fabric pots, lab testing, organic fertilizers, water, electricity, harvesting), dry storage of harvested plant material, trimming, curing, extraction, packaging and delivery services. In-house cultivars/seeds may be chosen or seeds may be purchased from online approved vendors.(Links available on our website)
To assure the availability of a variety of Strains/cultivars/flavors, No leasee is limited to their own strains. Per lease agreement, each perpetual harvest, after dry and cured, flower is weighed for each individual leasee, it is stored for the leasees benefit and distributed as the leasee requests but no more than 2 1/2 oz Per delivery per day, or in small increments throughout a grow cycle, but totaling no more than 75% of the total dry yield of each harvest which is totally dependent on the size of the storage space, regardless of variety requested. We do guarantee a yield of at least 3oz per plant per harvest, although we do encourage the leasees participation in any or every step of the process, for full transparency. We offer the leasee full hands-on, to come in and care for their own plants, as we are always there to listen to offer assistance and even education as our cultivators and lobby are full of knowledge and we love to share.
Each leasee can scan their ID to gain entry to the storage area. Each unit will bear a copy of the signed lease agreement, a unit id number, and combination lock that only the leasee and the cultivators have combination to.
Each leasee may create a guest list with their online account consisting of any friends and family that wish to donate, in $20 increments, to the non-profit Miracles Edge, as each donation gives a guest access to our free delivery services in order to receive their free gifts, which has no impact on the leasee’s 75% limit each perpetual harvest. Once a lease is digitally signed, and payment is processed, they will be limited to our in-house genetics already harvested and available for delivery until they have chosen new genetics to include in their garden, it’s been flowered, harvested, trimmed and cured.
Cost of a storage space will depend on its square footage. Flexible Automatic Payment methods available and schedules ranging from weekly, bi-weekly and monthly.
(Donations from friends and family each add a 10% deduction, based on the amount of the donation, on rental costs to be deducted from the Leasee’s payment schedule for the leased space). All in which will be included in the language of each individual lease.
